 Construction permit information 

  The previous owners had  completed multiple steps needed to obtain the construction permits with the local

  municipalities and to begin construction .Below you will find a list of previously completed items

 

​ 1 A master plan subdividing the property into 167 single family home sites. The 167 lots were broken into   categories of 73 ocean view, 94 mountain view. All lots are large enough to be subdivided.

  2. The land was completely cleared in 2010 of any trees to ensure all roads and each lot's natural building pad    was not obstructed. The dirt roads were put in and graveled in 2009 & 2010. 

  3. The permits to drill two water wells were obtained and each well has been , drilled, capped and

  registered. The water has been lab tested twice( lab test results are available upon request) approved by AYA and ASADA of Lagunillas.The production of the wells are as follows TS145, 5.7 liters per second TS146,3.3 liters.

  4. A property inspection was done ensuring the property does not contain any artifacts or burial sites.

  5. All-natural springs, streams and setbacks have been identified along with one waterfall

  6. An approval letter was obtained exempting developer from installing sewage lines and treatment system. This approval will most likely need to be renewed, vendor who obtained initial approval believes this is easily renewed.​

   The 5 institution approvals were obtained from.

  1. Board of Architects &  Engineers (CFIA)

  2. INS, Government insurance and specifically the fire department 

  3. Planning & Zoning ( INVU)

  4. Costa Rica water ( AYA)

  5. Health Ministry
