Main water lines have been installed along the primary road of the property. The complete potable water system layout is shown in the diagram below. The engineer who originally designed the system is available for hire, speaks fluent English, and can support any future extensions or development needs.
Water Wells
The two deep wells on the property have been tested, registered, and approved by AYA. Together they produce 9 L/s — enough to supply over 300 homesites.
The water has been laboratory tested and passed government approval. These existing wells can save any developer a minimum of 2 years of work, making this ocean-view property an excellent investment.
Water lab tests and pumping test results are available upon request.
