The water lines having been installed can be located with the potable system layout below. The engineer who designed this system is available for hire and speaks English.
The two wells on the property have been tested and registered. They produce enough water to supply up to 300 plus homesites. The water has been laboratory tested and passed government approval from AYA. The deep water wells save any developer 2 to 3 years minimum making this ocean view property is a great investment. The two wells combined produce 9 l/s. Please note water lab test and pumping test are available upon request .
