Brief History
The property was in the process of being developed when the financial crisis hit and put all plans on hold in 2008. There was an attempt to put the development back on track in 2010 and 2011 but due to unforeseen circumstances and poor management it never materialized. This is the reason there are 4 houses on the property, it was cleared and all roads put in and graveled by 2011.
